The Yemen Nexus Initiative envisions a sustainable and resilient Yemen where humanitarian, development, and peacebuilding efforts are interconnected and mutually reinforcing. It aims to create a positive cycle of change through the systematic application of the triple nexus approach to improve living conditions, foster resilience, and support long-term peace and stability in Yemen.
The mission of the Yemen Nexus Initiative is to establish a cohesive platform that promotes the integration of humanitarian, development, and peacebuilding efforts in Yemen. The initiative seeks to: 1. Generate and share evidence-based knowledge to strengthen nexus implementation. 2. Build capacity among local organizations, communities, and authorities to institutionalize the nexus approach. 3. Enhance collaboration and coordination between stakeholders to address complex challenges related to food security, health, WASH, climate change, and peacebuilding. 4. Advocate for a supportive policy environment that encourages the adoption and scaling-up of the nexus approach across Yemen.

Yemen Nexus initiative is initiative established in Augst 2021, and we are representing fifty CSOs working all over Yemen. Yemen Nexus Initiative technical working are group of technical experts from INGO, NGO and interested donors.The initiative aims to set a positive cycle of generating nexus evidence in Yemen, improved framework conditions, and further nexus implementation on the ground from more nexus-based evidence.
